At FundLink Hub, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right—quickly and gracefully.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, certain items such as intimate apparel and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize resolving the issue at no extra cost to you.
